10 FCAHS Students Place at Statewide FBLA Conference

Ten Fox Chapel Area High School students recently placed at the 2020 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Virtual State Leadership Conference.

Sophomore Paris Wohlgemuth won fourth place and officially qualified to participate in the national conference. The National FBLA Leadership Conference will be held online June 29-July 1. Other state place-winners were seniors Jackson BoychukGunnar LoefflerMichael Prato, and Aaron Santilli; juniors David KronmanIsabella Liberto, and Zoey Zoschg; and sophomores Sydney Kennedy and Siddharth Yende.  

Additionally, as part of the virtual state leadership conference, five Fox Chapel Area High School students were inducted into the National Business Honor Society. Those students are senior Michael Prato, and juniors Erin Doherty, Isabella Liberto, Zoey Zoschg, and Matthew Zytnick.

The FBLA State Leadership Conference was held in April and students from high schools across the state participated in the virtual competition. The Fox Chapel Area High School FBLA sponsor is business education teacher Christina Congalton.
