In 2005, Paul S. Noro was appointed principal of Kerr Elementary School. Prior to this, Dr. Noro served as an education support teacher at Hartwood Elementary School and an art education teacher at O'Hara Elementary School. Additionally, he served as an education support teacher in the Fairfax County School District in Virginia.
Dr. Noro has had the good fortune to be an alumnus of the Fox Chapel Area School District, where he graduated in 1982. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in art education and Master of Education degree in education of exceptional children. Dr. Noro earned his Doctorate of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010.
Dr. Noro's memberships include the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and the National Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals.
