FCAHS Students Perform With PMEA Region I Choir

FCAHS Students Perform With PMEA Region I Choir
Two Fox Chapel Area High School students were selected to perform with the 2026 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) Region I Choir. The students are juniors Evangeline Sereno and Emma Smith.
The choral group included approximately 160 of the best singers from school districts throughout Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. The Region I Chorus Festival was held February 19-21 and was hosted by Mohawk High School. The event culminated in a concert February 21 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle. The group was directed by British composer Patrick Hawes.
