Students Place in State FBLA Competition
Eleven Fox Chapel Area High School students recently earned second through 10th places at the 2019 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference, and three qualified to participate in the national conference. Sophomores Allison Carey, Kaylee Werner, and Zoey Zoschg placed second at states and qualified for the National FBLA Leadership Conference which will be held in San Antonio, Texas, this summer. Additionally, the following Fox Chapel Area High School students earned seventh through 10th places in the state competition: junior Aaron Santilli and sophomores Katherine Caracciolo, Rachel Chang, Erin Doherty, David Kronman, Emily Li, Nitya Mundra, and Vinisha Sant.
The FBLA State Leadership Conference was held April 8-10 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Approximately 5,000 students, advisors, and guests from high schools across the state attended the competition.
