Sign-ups are now available for Fox Chapel Area School District’s COVID-19 second-dose vaccination clinic for anyone ages 12 and older that will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021. Those who are signing up will receive their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Please note that no first doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered during this clinic, and only those who received their first vaccination during the district’s May 24 clinic are eligible to participate in the one on June 14.

The vaccination clinic, sponsored by Rite Aid, will be held from 3-7 p.m. at O’Hara Elementary School, 115 Cabin Lane, O’Hara Township.

You must bring photo identification, all active insurance cards (both medical and pharmacy),  and a completed consent form to the vaccination clinic. Anyone ages 65 or older should bring his/her Medicare card. The consent form is available at http://bit.ly/FCAconsentform. We ask that participants please wear a mask and remain socially distant while waiting for the vaccine.
