The Hartwood Elementary School PTO typically meets monthly on Mondays during the school year. Meetings are held in the library. Below are the meeting dates and other events for the 2019-2020 school year:

- Nov. 25, 2019: 7:30-8:30 a.m., staff appreciation breakfast
- Jan. 6, 2020: 7 p.m.
- March 9, 2020: 7 p.m.
- March 20, 2020: 11 a.m.-1 p.m., staff appreciation luncheon
- May 11, 2020: 7 p.m.
