Community Help Desk
The Fox Chapel Area School District Community Help Desk answers general questions and offers technical assistance on PowerSchool, Schoology, and School Messenger.
Community members can reach the community help desk by filling out the form below.
FCASD employees can visit help.fcasd.edu, choose "Knowledgebase" on the top menu bar, and then select "Help Documents." There, you can find answers to many questions, including login and printing information.

Virtual Student Help Desk
Fox Chapel Area students can elect to use the traditional help desk ticketing system or join a Virtual Student Help Desk session during designated hours.
The Virtual Student Help Desk is for Fox Chapel Area students only. Parents and guardians should continue to utilize the Community Help Desk System. Assistance, such as Parent Portal PowerSchool password resets, will be unavailable through the Virtual Student Help Desk, as its sole purpose is to serve the needs of students.
