Alicia Gismondi serves as director of federal programs and student achievement in the Fox Chapel Area School District. In this capacity, she works with district administrators and teachers in planning for and implementing data-driven instruction to improve academic outcomes for all students. Before joining the Fox Chapel Area School District, Ms. Gismondi served as an educational consultant for both PaTTAN (Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network) and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, focusing on reading, curriculum, standards, assessment, school improvement, and data analysis. Previously, she taught in the Chartiers Valley School District and the Pittsburgh Public Schools. She has a master's degree in elementary education from Duquesne University and is a reading specialist.
