Welcome to Fox Chapel Area High School
Image
Words cannot fully capture the magic and momentum of Fox Chapel Area High School. Visitors to our building are impressed by the facilities, which capitalize on student-centered, teacher-driven learning. Parents are enthusiastic about the hands-on approach to classroom instruction and also appreciate the frequent progress reports of accomplished goals. School Board members are proactive in meeting the actual and projected needs of every stakeholder. But you cannot grasp the magic without being here and experiencing the contagious energy in every classroom. Success breeds success.
Welcome to Fox Chapel Area High School.

Upon successful completion of both the classroom and behind-the-wheel phases the student will receive a certificate that may qualify the student for insurance discounts ranging from 10% to 20% up until the ages of 21 to 25 depending on the insurance carrier.  The certificate also makes the student eligible to obtain a senior license at age 17-1/2 as opposed to waiting until the age of 18.
