For the past nine (9) years the Fox Chapel Area School District has surveyed the staff. The responses from this year's Technology Survey provided good news on many fronts. This year the changes in the Help Desk system improved the speed addressing issues, while the effectiveness of resolving issues, effectiveness and overall rating for the help desk system continued at a very satisfactory level.
Next Steps:
The school district will continue to work with a local vendor, Questeq, to provide a full-time technician that will work from the high school and help to support the elementary sites.
