Error on Year of Taxpayer Relief Letter

Letters recently mailed out to all district residents by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit pertaining to the Taxpayer Relief Act had an incorrect date on them by stating that "The next opportunity for this third level of tax reduction to occur is 2013." That number should have read "2018." However, the incorrect year in no way impacts anything else within the letter and the Property Tax Relief Application that accompanies the letter may be filled out as normal. We apologize for this error.
